Rebecca School, located at 40 East 30th Street NYC, will accommodate 132 children at full capacity. Our 68,000 square foot facility encompasses six floors and 16 classrooms. There are two art rooms, one for ceramics with a pottery wheel and kiln and one for all other art mediums. There are classrooms for music, science and library. There is a large gym with a rock climbing wall, two sensory gyms, and a rooftop playground.
Each classroom is wired for FM units which are amplification systems that raise the teacher’s voice above environmental noises.
In designing and choosing colors and fixtures there has been thoughtful consideration of sensory and environmental concerns.
